Pakistan Super League is a cricket series based on a group of teams named after the six major cities of Pakistan including Karachi Kings, Islamabad United, Lahore Qalandars, Peshawar Zalmi, Multan Sultans and Quetta Gladiators. One of the most interesting things about this cricket event is that the squads of all these teams do not entirely feature local players, in fact, some of the most renowned international players are also invited to be a part of these teams. Another factor that significantly adds to the excitement of PSL is that this event is based on a series of T20 cricket matches. The Pakistani cricket event is also recognised by the International Cricket Council (ICC).
